< Innovative;; As an actor of the stage, it's hard to tell what's going to happen next, and unlike film actors, there's no chance to pause and redo a take when things don't go quite as planned, so Taylor has to be able to think on her feet to roll with the punches and adapt a script to handle anything and everything that can and will go wrong during the production and still allow the show to go on without a hitch. < Competitive;; If Taylor's ever entered into a contest, even if the stakes are absolutely minimal or nonexistent, she will refuse to accept losing as an option, instead pouring all of herself into winning, and it is this trait that compels the very best of her when she's auditioning for a part, making her always go for auditions with some of her very best performances, though the ones she will present for opening night are impressive as well. < Perfectionist;; Give Taylor a script to memorize, and she will practice it for hours on end, pacing about her apartment in costume reciting the lines and scolding herself fiercely if she makes even a minuscule error in her diction or phrasing or even physical gestures because, after having pushed herself so hard to try to gain the approval and attention of her parents, anything less than perfection is unacceptable and could result in her "losing" everything she's ever gained. < Determined;; A brave girl in spite of the deceptions she engages in on a daily basis and allows to dictate her life, Taylor is the type of person who, when given a task, will stop at nothing until she has accomplished her goal, and she's always ready to chase after a chance to better herself and her skills, especially if it means that she can steal roles out from under people. < Punctual;; If there's one thing that Taylor understands the importance of, it's time, and while she usually makes a point to be early to things, she is never late, an important value for a performer who needs to be on time for a show so that it can go on, and as such, when she has an appointment scheduled on her calendar or says that she will be somewhere at a specific time, you can rest assured that she will be there when the clock's hands rest on the specified time. < Straight-laced;; Always prim and proper, Taylor doesn't really ever undo the top button and let loose, instead showing a decency that could borderline be considered prude-like, and although part of this trait comes from a fear of discovery of her true gender that borders on paranoia, a large part of it also is simply a desire to not flirt with everyone who passes by and instead opting to set such high standards for herself that it's clear she will not lower herself to satisfy someone else. > Stand-offish;; Taylor is rather antisocial, not wanting to have to interact with as many people since the fewer that she allows to get close to her, the lower the chances of her true gender being discovered, and so as a result, she often will act hostile to people who try to overstep the boundaries she has laid down, not the type to violate societal conventions but by no means encouraging the contact to continue or the belief that it is welcome. > Secretive;; As might be expected from someone whose single greatest secret is their very gender, Taylor is extremely recalcitrant in revealing parts of herself, instead focusing on keeping as much of herself hidden from her loved ones as she can, something that usually results in them being frustrated with the fact that she doesn't seem to trust them with anything and then break off contact with her in the thought that she is bad news if she can't confide even small things, they can't trust her to tell them the things that she needs to. > Self-hating;; Taylor hides it well, but she harbors a lot of hatred for herself, despising the fact that she was born female, but despite the fierce dislike she has for herself and her body, she refuses to deface her body by injuring herself, instead manifesting this trait through disliking looking at herself in a mirror, and as such, the only mirrors she keeps in her home are ones that are too small and set too high for seeing anything lower than her collarbone. > Bitter;; Although Taylor was the one who turned herself into this person whose entire being rests on the lie that she is a male rather than a female, that doesn't mean that she doesn't hold the world at large responsible for it, the grudge she bears inside slowly rotting her from the inside out and eating away at her sanity like acid, making her blame her parents and brother for forcing her to this just to try to scavenge scraps of attention and love from her family. > Stubborn;; Taylor isn't the type to give up when she has her mind set on something, and while this can lead her to be someone who will achieve her goals, it more often leads her to negative ends since it is part of why she will refuse to accept anyone telling her the truth about her gender, partially out of shame but mostly because she is so against being wrong and such a sore loser that she simply cannot accept it and retreats into firm denial. > Emotionless;; Sure, her face may be able to contort into a smile or a frown, and okay, she can cry or laugh upon command, but the problem here is that Taylor doesn't really seem to feel the emotion - merely, she goes through the motions of feeling them for show, displays the physical signs of them for a part, but in reality, she's locked herself away and repressed her true self so much that what's left is little more than an unfeeling shell whose few remaining emotions are allotted towards bitterness, resentment, and a feeling of self-worth so tied to success that there's little room for anything else in her heart. |

> Taylor is a second year student at the University of Clearwater. She majors in drama, a competent actor, and as a matter of fact, she has a part-time job as a performer and entertainer for the Up and Up Amusement Park. > Taylor is a Citizen, much to her hatred. It's part of why she's so harsh on herself, viewing herself as weak because she can't spellbattle like her younger brother, although she views being a Zero as something even lower, so she refuses to become part of the Zero Program. > Taylor still has her pair of furry cat ears perched on the top of her head, along with a soft sandy blond tail that snakes out behind her. She views herself as a male rather than a female, binding her breasts to her body with bandages so that no one can tell her chest isn't actually flat, and although she will hit on females exclusively, this is more to prove her masculinity as she is more demisexual than she is homosexual. < Taylor was born the oldest of two siblings. Her family was rather rich, but unfortunately, her parents doted far more on her younger brother than they did. Her brother acted like he was entitled to the attention and love, while she spent her childhood striving for their attention. She always suspected, rather correctly, that her parents liked her brother more because he was male. When her brother rejected everything their parents had given him for the life provided to him by the other person sharing his name, Taylor ended up losing it and first began to identify herself as a boy, binding her breasts and dressing in a male fashion. By the time she graduated high school, many people began to believe she was actually a he, and her parents were content to encourage this oddity. She displayed a talent at acting, so when she was enrolled at the University of Clearwater, she did so with a major in drama. Acting is her calling in life, and she has some mild aspirations towards Broadway. Whether she believes in it or not is a moot point; she's said it so many times to other people that she seems to have convinced herself of it. Taylor knows that she is a female. However, this male side of her developed in a defined way. At first she merely showed off her male side during the week, retreating to being a female only on the weekend. But the difference between the two sides of her ended up becoming so extreme that, for a while, she existed with two separate personalities, one male and one female. After that, however, the male side of her ended up dominating the female almost entirely, leaving the current Taylor behind, and the only time that her feminine side comes on is when she is on her period, which is time she takes out of class to remain at home while she deals with the hormones to hide the fact that she's actually a female rather than to risk ruining everything that she's built for herself since high school. |
